Important update: GB SunAdvantage contact information change

Our GB SunAdvantage Client Service is upgrading its communication system from Avaya to Amazon Connect on June 3, 2025.

Starting June 4:

Your Clients can reach out to their Dedicated Client Service Specialist for GB SunAdvantage by noting the following changes:

• The current 4-digit extensions will become 7-digit extensions.
• To dial the new extension, they will simply need to add “435” before the old 4-digit extension.

For example:

Old extension: 1234

New extension: 435-1234

The main phone number remains unchanged: 1-877-786-7227

An automated message will be in place to remind callers about this change. Please make sure to inform your Clients about this update.
