Digital Enrolment tool now available for new Clients

We’re excited to announce that the new Digital Enrolment tool (DE tool) is now available. The tool is available at no cost for Insured Admin (IA) Clients with traditional plans. It makes enrolling plan members into their benefit plans easier than ever for plan administrators by:
- removing the need for paper applications and signatures,
- enabling the plan members to initiate life event changes,
- reducing the information required to enter for new hires, and
- allowing the plan administrator to trigger an email notification for the plan member to register and enroll in their plan.
What do I need to know?
- Customization: There’s no customization allowed with the DE Tool
- Market Segment:
- SunAdvantage
- includes enrolment emails/data validation
- Sun Solutions and National Accounts
- includes enrolments emails/data validation
- no New Hire NEM
- SunAdvantage
- Eligibility criteria:
- available for traditional plans (non-Flex)
- IA Clients with Plan Sponsors Services (PSS-GBA)
- must have medical and/or dental coverage
- supports HSA/PSA benefits with flat amounts (note: plan members can’t select HSA/PSA allotments within the tool)
