March 10, 2026

Read time: ~1 minute

We’re pleased to introduce a new Organizational Health initiative focused on women’s health. It’s a flexible program that turns women's health data into strategic action to increase support for women’s health. It also further aligns our support for International Women’s Day #IWD2026 and Sun Life’s #EmpowerHer theme.

Four program elements

The fee-based program, designed for SunSolutions and National Clients, consists of four elements. Clients can choose to include all four, or just a selection based on organizational needs.1

  1. Data insights presentation. We’ll set the stage by highlighting the impact of women’s health on the workplace. Leveraging the Client’s available claims data,2 we’ll identify the health risks unique to the women in their organization – and share insights on how to provide additional support.
  2. Organizational Health Consulting. We help Clients formulate a strategic roadmap and customized action plan to address women’s health concerns in their workplace.
  3. People leader webinar. An Organizational Health Consultant facilitates a session for people leaders in the organization highlighting the impact of women’s health on the workplace and promoting resources for women’s health.
  4. Employee educational webinars. We connect Clients with medical experts to lead educational sessions that help employees learn about women’s health topics that may be of particular concern to their organization.

We’ll send a Focus Update to National and SunSolutions plan sponsors about this new program on March 12, 2026.
