We’re introducing another layer of security to protect your data

One of our top priorities is protecting your personal data. Earlier this year, we launched Two-Step Verification on our secure Plan Services sponsor site. To ensure we continue to provide secure and reliable service, we’re adding Two-Step Verification to our secure Advisor Services website.

What to expect:

Starting December 2, 2024, when you log in, you’ll need to provide a minimum of one phone number or one email address (or one of each). We’ll use this information to authenticate your identification when you access the secure Advisor Services site, by sending a one-time security code. Anytime Sun Life needs to confirm your identity at web sign in, we’ll email, text, or call with a one-time security code.
