The IHP provides basic health care coverage to global employees moving to Canada or returning Canadian employees. This program provides coverage while they are waiting for government sponsored health care insurance. It also allows employees to be eligible for Extended Health Care benefit coverage under your company’s Sun Life group benefits plan.
