Lumino Health Virtual Care, provided by Dialogue, rebranding update
Last year, we sent a communication that announced:
- We’ll be rolling out name and branding changes for our Lumino Health Virtual Care, provided by Dialogue1, services. The full suite of services will be known as Sun Life Virtual Solutions, by Dialogue.
- We’re updating your contract(s) and plan member booklet(s) to reflect the new Sun Life branding and to better align contract wording across the suite of benefits.
A follow-up communication in September noted that we’d be revising marketing collateral in 2026.
As a reminder, the name changes are:

This Focus Update is an important document and amends your Sun Life Group Benefits contract(s), starting on July 1, 2026. After this date, we’ll update your contract and booklet at your next plan revision.
Marketing collateral updates
Changes to digital properties and marketing collateral will be rolling out over the next few months. Stay tuned for more information about when updated materials will be available for you to download from the Virtual Care hub on sunlife.ca/groupbenefits.
