Québec pharmacy services are here
We continue to increase our pharmacy service options for plan members.
Within Québec, plan members now have access to an online platform with pharmacy services provided by Pharmacie Abd-El-Monem Osman, Inc. The pharmacist owner, Abd-El-Monem Osman, is solely responsible for the operation of the pharmacy and all services offered by the pharmacy.
Plan members who live in Québec can access pharmacy services directly through the pharmacy or online. They simply register online by following the steps provided.
Medication management online
Pharmacie Abd-El-Monem Osman, Inc. is suitable for plan members taking maintenance medications for various chronic diseases. The pharmacy offers:
- easy ordering – either online or at the pharmacy
- easy refills, by enabling auto-renewal
- home delivery of medications – at no extra cost
- professional advice, with the ability to chat with the trusted and knowledgeable pharmacy support team
- a full view of their medication history.
There’s no additional cost to your plan. And it’s available to your plan members automatically whenever they choose to use it.
For Québec-based employers with plan members living in other provinces, these plan members can already access the Lumino Health Pharmacy. This gives them access to coaching for diabetes, respiratory conditions and other chronic diseases that we’ll soon be adding. Coaching services are currently not available in Québec.
