They can help you gain a healthier and more productive workforce.   • Women's Health Toolkit. This is a comprehensive resource designed to boost workplace health support. It has research insights, innovative products and solutions, and employer best practices tailored specifically to women's health.
  • Designed for Health report: Focus on women’s health – emerging trends, effective supports. Our latest report explores women’s unique health needs and discusses how group plans can provide effective and tailored support at work.
  • The gender health gap: its impact on working women in Canada: Partnering with Ipsos, we heard directly from Canadian women on their health needs, challenges, and wants.
  •  Working together to support women’s health: This Bright Paper report focuses on women’s health in the workplace and how employers can support it.
  • Menopause Inclusive Playbook. Sun Life continues to partner with the Menopause Foundation of Canada to raise awareness of women's health and identify ways to better support women in the workplace. The Menopause Inclusive Playbook is one such way. It’s a practical, five-step guide that can help you take action in supporting the health of women in your workplace.
