New! You can now view up to 13 months of your pre-authorized withdrawal history

As you know, we’re focusing our attention on making significant investments in our digital capabilities and internal processes to enhance the plan sponsor experience. We’re transforming our GRS service delivery to strengthen our foundation to respond to our Clients’ evolving needs and support future innovations. As part of this ongoing transformation, we’ve recently introduced the “View or update member information” feature on the secure Sponsor site.

Today, we’re happy to announce another important digital update on the Secure Sponsor website – a new page that shows up to 13 months of pre-authorized withdrawal (PAW) history. 

What does it mean for you?

Before this update, plan sponsors could access only their past five records online. Viewing additional records required contacting your Group Retirement Services representative. Now it’s possible to view PAW history up to 13 months as a self-serve option.*
