Retirement Readiness Reports Are Now Available for You

Our retirement readiness reports are now available for eligible plan sponsors, providing valuable insights into plan members’ retirement readiness and helping support informed plan design decisions.

Based on Sun Life One Plan™ data, the reports provide:

• Information on how plan members are tracking toward their retirement goals and the age at which they are expected to achieve them.
• Segmented insights by age, salary, tenure, and whether members have created a Sun Life One Plan™.
• Benchmarking against comparable plans for additional context.
• Actionable insights to help improve plan member outcomes.
• Year-over-year comparisons to help identify emerging trends.

The reports are designed to help you assess whether projected member outcomes align with the intended outcomes for your retirement program and support the expectations outlined in CAPSA Guideline 3.

Accessing your report

Retirement readiness reports are available at no additional cost to plan sponsors who provided Sun Life with plan member salary information by May 31, 2026.

If you submitted your salary information, your report is ready. To receive your report, please contact your Sun Life Group Retirement Services Representative.

If you weren’t able to submit salary information this year, you can still participate in next year’s reporting by providing plan member salary information before May 31, 2027. Salary information can be uploaded through the Upload a salary feature on the plan sponsor secure site or included in your demographic file.

Reports are generated annually in Q3.
