We’re introducing another layer of security to protect your data
One of our top priorities is protecting our Clients personal data. This includes our secure Plan Sponsor Services website, where we have data on your plan and members. To ensure we continue providing secure and reliable service, we are adding two-step verification to this site.
What to expect:
Beginning on July 28, 2024, when you log in, you'll need to provide a minimum of one phone number or email address. You can provide multiple phone numbers or email addresses if you wish. You can have any combination of phone numbers and email addresses up to four. We will use this information to authenticate your identification when you access the Secure Sponsor site. Each time you log in, you will receive a one-time code the number you choose, via text or phone call.
